Singing all the way....
There's one Foot, and Foot-Foot
and a brother they called Foot-Foot-Foot.
Three rabbits they played games.
They had peculiar names.
The first called One Foot
The second called Foot-Foot
The third ..............called Foot-Foot-Foot.
A blog designated to my art work to serve as an online gallery. My art features mainly modern, energetic, equine images in mixed media.I also do caricatures on commission. The caricatures can be set in any situation but the default is, of course, on the back of a horse!

At first they were excited! They were as excited as any happy wanderers could be! They hopped, skipped, jumped and even thumped.....

The Brothers Foot and the Rabbit Proof Fence- Page one
>
Soon after their close encounter with 'the hunters' (Do you remember those three, big, scary guns and the hunters? If it wasn't for the rabbit's song they would have most certainly sent our friends to 'Rabbit Heaven'.) Foot, Foot -Foot and Foot-Foot-Foot decided they should go for a 'walkabout' of sorts. A much needed holiday was about to begin. The Briar Patch was no longer safe!

First large scale painting for 2012
Third stage of Angel's Grace painting.Still not finished but close. i cropped this image a little.
Oil pastel and cattle marker.
Second stage of this large painting.(See below for the beginning.) Back to big: back to color: back to semi-abstract... it feels good to be back! I missed oil pastels. Nothing like really getting into it with your fingers. Rubbing scrubbing and scrapping.Getting wild and getting dirty! Of course, i could stuff it up yet. Stay tuned.

back to Kiddy Lit
Looks like my artwork is sneaking back to children's again after a well deserved break. As I've had some success with children's magazines in the past I'm going to make another run at them starting with toddlers. Simple cute and catchy! Here is a start for, perhaps, a mag like Baby Bug.
